Laser Welding:

This technology, commonly referred to as laser fusion, is our most popular and efficient production method. It offers nearly unlimited functionality and design options. 

We typically use this method to produce standard stainless steel structural profiles as well as steel and stainless steel angled custom profiles.

Hot Rolling:

Our hot rolled products include alloy steels, steels, and stainless steels. This is the most popular and economical process for producing standard or custom profiles in large quantities.

Hot Extrusion:

This is the newest production method in our platform, and the process allows for a high degree of design flexibility without sacrificing structural integrity. 

This extrusion method can produce steel profiles with complex shapes and geometries.

Cold Drawing:

A cold drawing process where a wire or pre-rolled profile is precisely reduced in cross-section through a series of dies to form the desired shape. 

These sections are typically very small and have tight tolerances.

Cold Rolling:

The cold rolling process forms profiles by continuously rolling wire at room temperature. These sections are typically smaller in cross-section and have tight tolerances.

Standard and Custom Steel Profiles

We understand that not all projects are the same. While many industrial projects may require standard structural shapes, most construction projects require custom shapes. 

Fortunately, we can provide both standard and custom steel profiles.

The most common standard profiles we produce and stock are stainless steel structural profiles. 

These profiles are hot rolled or laser welded and come in shapes such as angles, channels, beams, and tees. Standard profile lengths are 20 feet, but can be produced up to 45 feet long.

For custom shapes, the hottest products on the market right now are our angled steel and stainless steel square and rectangular tubes. 

Sizes range from 1”x1” to 20”x36”. These tubes are often used in structural or architectural applications. When we say custom, we really mean custom, by offering the following services:
